Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your decision by email, post, or any other clear statement. To facilitate and speed up the process, we recommend contacting us at store@tipaw.com. The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. After receiving your withdrawal notification, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of two months from the moment you discover the defect to notify us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were sealed and the seal has been broken after delivery. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at store@tipaw.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without providing a justification. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued reflecting the diminished value of the returned product. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. The refund will be made within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal described above, Tipaw offers a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee on certain products. This guarantee is a commercial policy offered by Tipaw and does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights. The conditions and scope of this guarantee may differ from the legal right of withdrawal described above.

Legal Warranty

All products sold on our website benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of two years in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

This warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer may request repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
